We ask you to shop and compare our services and fees to other eBay trading assistants. We guarantee quality service at reasonable prices.

We request all items to have a selling price of at least $25.00. We do not take illegal and/or pornographic items. As part of the drop-off fee, Marylandtowns.com will list your item for a 7 day auction period and will re-list the item for free for another auction cycle if the item does not sell. We will take a picture of your item for you and post that picture with your item on eBay. We will do a limited value research of your item to determine the value of that item. If you do not know what the item is valued for or the price you would like to sell it for, we will do an limited auction research for a fee of $15.00 per item.

Our fee is $9.95 per item, nonrefundable for items that you wish to sell in the price range of $1.00 to $150.00. For Items over $150.00, please contact us for pricing. This fee covers our services for taking pictures, doing limited research, anwering all emails and questions regarding your item, and the eBay listing fee. The eBay final fee and the PayPal fee is deducted from the sale of the item.

We offer only the top tier of service to you. This means you save a lot of time and expense in getting your item listed on eBay and a lot of money on the commissions when your item sells. Once your item sells, our fee is 15% of the final selling price. If your item does not sell, you may pick it up at our store or ask us to donate it to charity.

As part of the service to you, we will track your item during the auction, handle all bidder inquiries, and process payment thru PayPal when the auction closes. Once payment is received from the purchaser, we take care of all packing, insurance and shipping of your item. Don't forget, the buyer pays all shipping costs, NOT you. Once payment is received a check, less our commission eBay expenses, is then mailed to you.

Additionally, The customer guarantees that the item(s) is their property and was not acquired by any fraudulent means. If damage occurs to the item(s), the customer waives all rights for claims.
