All sales are final. No refunds and no exchanges.

No orders for school uniforms are guaranteed to be received before school starts.

We do not follow the Expected pickup time that is given by Shopify. Our orders are customized and therefore cannot be guaranteed. 

Thread color changes are a courtesy and are subject to thread availability and are considered custom orders. We reserve the right to change the thread color as needed.

Custom orders can take 2 weeks or longer sometimes for receipt as we rely on delivery from various warehouses before we can customize your order.

Orders left on the shelves and not picked up for more than 3 months are considered abandoned. We are not responsible for holding them longer than this amount of time, and they will be forfeited by you if not picked up.
